Our work

All designs, artwork, illustrations, quotes, journals, templates, product photos, text and logos on smartgirlera.com and in our Etsy shop are owned by FRDT Lab LLC or used under license, and are protected by U.S. and international copyright and trademark law. Smart Girl Era™, Data Over Drama™ and Take Your Life Back™ are trademarks of FRDT Lab LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, print on other products, distribute, or create derivative works from our designs or content, including by tracing them, using them to train or prompt AI tools, or uploading them to print-on-demand or marketplace sites, without our written permission. Buying a product gives you that physical item or a personal-use license to a digital file (see our Terms of Service), not rights to the design.

Reporting infringement (DMCA)

We respect others' intellectual property. If you believe something on our site infringes your copyright or trademark, email hello@smartgirlera.com with the subject "Copyright notice" and include: (1) your contact information; (2) a description of the work you believe was infringed; (3) the URL of the material on our site; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you're the owner or authorized to act for the owner; and (6) your physical or electronic signature. We'll review promptly and remove material where appropriate. If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice with the same details.
