No. Smart Girl Era™ products are organizational and educational tools that help you document, track, and stay organized. They are not legal advice and don’t replace an attorney.

What do I get, and how do I receive it?

Most products are instant digital downloads (PDF). Right after checkout you’ll get a download link by email. Mugs are physical products and ship to you.

Can I use these for my custody or court situation?

They help you build a clean, dated record and organize your communication and expenses, which you can bring to your attorney. They support your documentation — they are not legal advice.

Can I print them or use them on a tablet?

Both. Print at home or fill them in digitally on a tablet.

Who created Smart Girl Era?

It was built by a marketer who went through her own divorce and did what she does best — built a system, documented everything, and stayed organized. Not a lawyer, therapist, or coach. An operator who lived it.

What’s your refund policy?

Because digital products are downloadable, all sales are final once the file is downloaded. If anything’s wrong with your file, email hello@smartgirlera.com within 14 days and we’ll fix it. Damaged mugs are replaced within 30 days.
