How are digital products delivered?
Instantly. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and arrives by email within minutes.
What file format are the products?
Printable PDF, US Letter (8.5" × 11"). They work on phone, tablet, and computer — no apps or accounts needed.
Can I re-download my files later?
Yes — your download link stays active. Lost the email? Write hello@smartgirlera.com and a real human will resend it.
Can I print the pages more than once?
As many times as you need, forever. Log pages are meant to be reprinted.
Do I need special software?
No. Any PDF reader works. To fill digitally, most tablets' markup tools work fine.
Nothing arrived — what do I do?
Check spam/promotions first, then email hello@smartgirlera.com with your order number. A human fixes it fast.

Are these court-admissible?
They're organizational tools that help you build contemporaneous, factual records — the kind attorneys and courts rely on. Rules vary by state; show your attorney how you're keeping records and follow their guidance.
Is any of this legal advice?
No. Nothing here is legal advice, and no product creates an attorney-client relationship. It's documentation and organization — the part you can control.
How is the Receipts Tracker different from the Binder?
The Tracker is the daily logging system (what happened, when, with evidence). The Binder is the organizational home for everything — orders, records, and the Tracker's own pages. Together they're the full system.
What's in the Custody Documentation Bundle?

Which product should I start with?

Do the AI prompts require a paid ChatGPT account?
No — they work with free ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. The pack opens with five privacy rules; follow them.
Is my information safe to paste into an AI?
The prompt pack teaches redaction first: strip names and identifying details, check your AI's data settings, feed it facts. The AI is an analyst, not your attorney.
Can I customize the templates?
Print-and-write is the core design. Digital fill works with PDF markup tools. The structure (dates, facts, evidence pointers) is the value — keep it.

What's your refund policy on digital products?
Because downloads are instant, all sales are final. If something's wrong with your file, email us — we make it right. Full details in our refund policy.
What payment methods do you accept?

Is checkout discreet?
Your bank statement shows the store name, and files arrive as a normal order email. No product names shout from the subject line.
Do physical products ship with digital ones?
