Most people don't have a strategy problem. They have a clarity problem. The strategy is usually fine. The translation is broken.

Amanda has watched this play out in boardrooms, agencies, and her own kitchen table. Smart people, good intentions, everyone working hard, and somehow nothing moves. The signal is there. The structure to carry it isn't.

She spent fifteen years fixing that at companies from Detroit agencies to PE-backed brands. She built growth systems. She mapped signal flows. She ran projects that shouldn't have worked on paper and made them work anyway, because she was willing to follow the friction instead of going around it.

She also paints. Makes journals she wishes existed. Ran her own divorce like an operator and documented every move. Built AI systems before most people knew what to call them. Writes about all of it on Substack, where the essays start with what broke and end with what she figured out.

The studio is where all of it lives. The art is the processing. The tools are the frameworks that came after. The books are the systems, made portable. The stickers are the parts that turned out funny in retrospect.

Everything here is made to help people get a little more of themselves back. That is the whole idea.
