Refund Policy

Digital products. Our journals, trackers, templates, and prompt libraries are instantly downloadable digital goods. Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been downloaded or accessed. If you have any trouble with your file, email hello@smartgirlera.com within 14 days of purchase and we will make it right — we will re-send, replace, or fix the file.

Physical products (mugs). If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it. Email a photo to hello@smartgirlera.com within 30 days of delivery.
